Kenneth Hooper

Kenneth grew up on the family farm in the Halfway community just west of Plainview. He graduated from Texas A&M University in May of 1981 with a BS in Entomology. Kenneth spent several years in the crop consulting business, then as a crop insurance adjuster and salesman, in June of 1988 he joined Caprock-Plains Land Bank. His roles have included loan officer, Director of Marketing, and manager of the Plainview Office.

Kenneth is currently the Plainview Branch President and makes and services loans primarily in Hale County. He is married to Athena and lives in Plainview. Kenneth has two grown daughters and five grandchildren who live in College Station.
